Bewitching Basework
heeled choreo for Pole 2 students
Service Description
This is a workshop that’s all about getting into the foundations of low-level pole moves and floorwork. Tap into your feminine energy and releasing tension! We’ll combine leg hooks, slides, and holds to extenuate your flow and choreo. Long socks, knee pads, and heels are recommended. Lesson is catered to be sensual and opening.
